S.L. 499.1 Art. 127Explosives not to be handled with any other goods.

During the time explosives are being loaded or discharged, no other goods or articles shall be handled or dealt with at or near the place of work and no person other than those actually engaged in or superintending the work of loading or discharging the explosives shall approach the place of work. At his discretion, a police officer or other person authorised by the Authority may order any person to go to a reasonable distance from such place of work.
