S.L. 499.1 Art. 84Depositing of goods for export.

(1) No person may deposit any goods for export in any part of any port except at such place and at such time and under such conditions as the Authority may direct and, notwithstanding that the Authority has not laid down specific conditions in any particular case no person shall so deposit or stack such goods in such a way as to cause an obstruction or to prevent the free access to a quay or to prevent the landing or shipping of other goods.

(2) The Authority may remove or cause to be removed any goods deposited in contravention of the provisions of subregulation

(1) and, where such is the case, the owner, in addition to the penalty specified in regulation 134, shall be liable to pay to the Authority the cost of removal of such goods.
