At his discretion, the Authority may order that paints, oils or other inflammable liquids, goods which by their nature may contaminate or damage other goods and the goods specified in the

Twelfth Schedule shall not be warehoused in buildings, but will be stored or deposited in the open, and always at the sole risk of the owner.
