S.L. 499.12 Art. 23Prohibited entry or stay.

Notwithstanding the provisions of these regulations, the Authority may prohibit the entry into internal or territorial waters of Malta of a ship to which these regulations are applicable, or may at any time require such a ship to leave such waters.
