S.L. 499.12 Art. 34Danger area.

Except as prescribed in regulations 27 and 28 and subject to written authorisation by the Authority and under such conditions as it may deem fit, any area contained within an envelope enclosing a distance of thirty metres from any part of a ship engaged in the operations specified in regulation 33(16), shall be regarded as a danger area.
