S.L. 499.12 Art. 55General requirements.

Without prejudice to any other provision contained in these regulations, the owner and Master of a bunker barge shall ensure that all ship-to-ship equipment, operations, procedures and practices are in full compliance with all the requirements laid down in the Relevant Instruments with especial consideration being given to the requirements contained in the OCIMF "Ship to Ship Transfer Guide" and to such provisions as the Authority may prescribe from time to time.
