S.L. 499.12 Art. 57Checklists.

The relevant checklists, in accordance with all the requirements of the Relevant Instruments, shall be fully and properly completed by the Masters of the bunker receiving ship and the bunker barge prior to the commencement and also at each integral stage of every bunkering operation. Such completed checklists shall be presented to the Authority during normal working hours by the Master of the bunker barge on completion of each bunkering operation.
