S.L. 499.12 Art. 96Liability and responsibility of the Authority.

The liability and responsibility for compliance with these regulations and with any conditions which the Authority may impose, shall always jointly rest with the owner of the ship, the

Master of the ship and operator of the marine terminal/facility and bunker barge, where applicable, and the Authority shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from such owner’s, Master’s or operator’s acts of omission or commission in respect to any of the requirements of these regulations.
