S.L. 499.21 Art. 4Powers of the Director General.

If it appears to the Director General that an aircraft is intended or likely to be flown in support of fishing operations, the Director General shall have the right to prohibit the take-off from, or landing in Malta of that aircraft during the month of June of each year.
