S.L. 499.23 Art. 59Issue of directives.

The Authority may issue directives to owners and Masters of commercial vessels for the purpose of avoiding inconvenience, accidents or impediments to safe and free navigation, the safety of passengers, the prevention of pollution to the marine environment and the removal of vessel wastes by an approved contractor through approved disposal routes.
