S.L. 499.23 Art. 6Use of commercial vessel.

No person shall use or operate a vessel, nor shall its owner cause or permit the use or operation of such vessel, for hire or reward within the ports, internal and territorial waters of Malta, unless it is certified in terms of the Code of Practice and is covered by a valid commercial vessel certificate.
