S.L. 499.25 Art. 18Powers and procedure of the Administrative Review Tribunal.

(1) The Administrative Review Tribunal shall be competent to hear and decide any appeal made to it in accordance with the provisions of these regulations and, subject to regulation

19, the decisions of the Tribunal shall be final and binding.

(2) For the exercise of its functions, the Tribunal may summon any person to appear before it and give evidence and produce documents; and the Chairperson shall have the power to administer the oath.
