S.L. 499.3 Art. 15Disciplinary proceedings.

(1) The Authority shall institute disciplinary proceedings against a licensed mooring man who has contravened any provisions of these regulations, or who in the course of or in connection with his duties is negligent or misbehaves or fails to comply with any directive given by the Authority,

(2) In the case of a serious breach of a licensed mooring man’s obligations, the Authority shall have the right to temporarily suspend a licensed mooring man’s licence pending the disciplinary action by the Disciplinary Board.
