S.L. 499.35 Art. 11Authority to give information.

The designated authority must give to each port facility operator and port service provider conducting operations within the port security area -

(a) the name or position of the person who is responsible to co-ordinate the security of port facilities;

(b) the contact details of such person; and

(c) the measures to confirm the identity of persons who are authorised to have access to a port security area.
