S.L. 499.35 Art. 18Masters and companies must comply with ship security levels.

The master of a ship calling in Malta and the company must comply with any requirements specified in these regulations for the security level specified for that ship or class of ship -

(a) before carrying out a ship-port interface in Malta;

(b) before entering a port facility within the ports and territorial waters of Malta; and

(c) while in a port in Malta.
