S.L. 499.35 Art. 54Offencesbyabody or association of persons.

Where an offence under these regulations is committed by a body or other association of persons, such body or association of persons shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine (multa) of eleven thousand and six hundred and forty-six euro and eighty-seven cents

(€11,646.87), and in the case of a continuing offence, to a further fine (multa) of one thousand and one hundred and sixty-four euro and sixty-nine cents (€1,164.69) for every day during which the offence continues.
