S.L. 499.51 Art. 12Regulations that can be enforced by Enforcement OfficersandPublic Transport Officers.

Enforcement Officers shall have the power to enforce the regulations listed in Part 1 of the Schedule in all roads and public areas and Public Transport Officers shall have the power to enforce the regulations listed in Part 2 of the Schedule:

Provided that Enforcement Officers shall also have the power to enforce the regulations listed in Part 2 of the Schedule..
