S.L. 499.52 Art. 34Revocation of licence, etc.

(1) The Authority may at any time without assigning any reason therefor, suspend, cancel or revoke any licence granted or renewed by it under these regulations.

(2) The Authority may at any time disallow the use of any small ship if such small ship is considered by it, in its absolute discretion, as not being seaworthy.
