S.L. 499.56 Art. 105Falsified documents.

Where a falsified Community licence, falsified authorisation or falsified certified true copy thereof is produced, the falsified document shall be withdrawn immediately and without the need of recourse to the Tribunal, and where appropriate, forwarded as soon as possible to the competent authority of the carrier’s Member State of establishment.
