S.L. 499.57 Art. 20Levelling, etc., of private road by owner.

Every new private road shall be properly levelled, metalled and put in a proper state as regards its drainage, by the person by whom such road shall have been opened, in accordance with the directives of the Authority to the satisfaction of the Agency. Every such road shall, moreover, be provided by the said person with footways with kerb and gutter made of hard stone or other suitable material to the satisfaction of the Agency.
