S.L. 499.57 Art. 34The Agency may contract major works.

(1) The Agency shall have the power to contract major road works where such works are to be commissioned by a utility services provider which is Government owned.

(2) Where such works are contracted by the Agency, this shall be done on behalf and at the expense of the utility service provider concerned.
