S.L. 499.65 Art. 12Insurance policy.

(1) A railway undertaking shall not be granted a licence unless it is adequately insured in accordance with national and international law.

(2) The insurance shall provide coverage for liabilities that may arise in the event of accidents, in particular in respect of passengers, luggage, freight, mail, and third parties.
