S.L. 499.65 Art. 14Duty to inform.

Upon issuing, renewing, amending, suspending, or revoking a licence, the Authority shall immediately inform the European Railway Agency accordingly in order that the European Railway Agency may inform the licensing authorities of other Member States forthwith.
