S.L. 511.6 Art. 2Interpretation.

In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires -"borrower" means the holder of a ticket;

"library" means the Malta Public Library at Beltisseb] and includes any branch of such library and the rooms, offices, staircases, entrances and exits forming part of such library or of any branch thereof; "Minister" means the Minister responsible for Public Libraries; "ticket" means a borrower’s ticket issued to a person under regulation 7 permitting him to borrow books from the library.
