S.L. 511.6 Art. 39Appeal.

Any person who feels aggrieved by a decision of the

Librarian made or taken under these regulations, other than a decision under regulation 34, may appeal therefrom to the Administrative Review Tribunal established in terms of article 5 of the Administrative Justice Act, and the provision of this Act shall apply to such an appeal.
