S.L. 514.3 Art. 14Applicability.

The provisions of Parts I and II and regulations 8 and 11 to

13 of Part III shall apply to the custody of assets of retirement schemes and retirement funds under this Part, and for the purposes of this Part, unless the context otherwise requires, any references in Parts I, II and III to "control of assets" shall be construed to refer to "custody of assets".
