The result of the test shall be binding on the consumer as well as on the distribution system operator, and the consumption of current from the date of the commencement of the period covered by the account which is challenged and up to the date of the test, or the removal of the meter for the purpose of testing, shall be calculated in accordance with the result of such test, and charged for accordingly.
