S.L. 546.1 Art. 12Failure to comply with notice.

Where a public sector body or an officer of such public sector body refuses or, without a good reason, fails to comply with -

(a) so much of a decision notice as requires steps to be taken;

(b) an information notice; or

(c) an enforcement notice, the regulatory authority may levy an administrative fine against the defaulting public sector body or officer thereof.
