No action shall be taken against the Registrar or any of the officers or employees of the Registrar, or the public service, any public sector body, public sector entity, or any authorised entity duly delegated, providing information in accordance with these regulations, in respect of any act done or omitted to be done in good faith by the Registrar, any of the officers or employees, the public service, public (GEOSPATIAL) REGISTERS

sector body, public sector entity or authorised entity duly delegated in the execution of their functions in accordance with these regulations.
