S.L. 549.10 Art. 9Measures taken by the competent authority not to increase water pollution.

The competent authority shall take all appropriate steps to implement measures adopted by it, pursuant to these regulations, in such a way as not to increase the pollution of waters to which regulation 2(2) does not apply. The competent authority shall, in addition, prohibit all acts which intentionally or unintentionally circumvent the provisions of these regulations.
