S.L. 549.100 Art. 6Characteristics of the water catchment district, review of the environmental impact of human activity and economic analysis of water use.

(1) The competent authority shall ensure that for each water catchment district, it undertakes -

- an analysis of its characteristics,

- a review of the impact of human activity on the status of surface waters and on groundwater found within said district, and

- an economic analysis of water use. The said analyses and reviews must be carried out in accordance to the technical specifications set out in Schedules II and III, and must be completed by the end of November 2004.

(2) The analyses and reviews mentioned under sub-regulation

(1) shall be reviewed, and if necessary updated by the end of November 2013 and every six years thereafter.
