As from the 4th April 2016 all functions currently carried out by the Directorate of Corporate Services and all functions currently carried out by the Enforcement Directorate shall be temporarily assigned and assumed by the Planning Authority established under the Development Planning Act, until permanently assigned in accordance with regulation 4.
