For the purposes of these regulations, the control of and shall be in accordance with the Sturnus vulgaris Columba livia provisions of the framework laid down by the Conservation of Wild Birds (Framework for Allowing a Derogation for the Control of Birds in the Interest of Air-Safety) Regulations and the Wild Birds Regulations.
