S.L. 549.122 Art. 10Changes to medium combustion plants.

(1) The operator shall inform the competent authority, without undue delay, of any planned change to the medium combustion plant which would affect the applicable emission limit values.

(2) The competent authority shall update the permit, as appropriate, accordingly and the plant shall not commence or resume operations unless such an update is issued.
