S.L. 549.123 Art. 25Emergency Permits.

The Director may, in cases of emergency or grave danger, issue an emergency permit for the carrying out of any activity regulated by these regulations, and in so doing he may issue any such directives, terms and conditions, and decisions as he deems appropriate.
