S.L. 549.123 Art. 9Detrimental Trees.

(1) Trees listed in the Second Schedule are deemed to be detrimental to the natural environment.

(2) No person shall propagate, sow, plant, import, export, transport, sell, exchange or donate any specimen of species listed in the Second Schedule, including specimens cultivated in pots, unless duly permitted.
