S.L. 549.36 Art. 11Participation in an end of life vehicle collection and treatment scheme.

The competent authority may exempt an economic operator from all or part of these regulations provided the economic operator provides evidence to the competent authority of participating in an authorised end of life vehicle collection and treatment scheme.
