S.L. 549.44 Art. 31Prohibited use of means of capture and killing and modes of transport.

(1) It shall be prohibited to use any indiscriminate means and forms of capture capable of causing the local disappearance of, or serious disturbance to:

(i) populations of species listed in Schedule VII(a); or

(ii) populations of mammals listed under Schedule VI(a); or

(iii) populations of species listed in Schedule V(a), in cases where derogations are issued for the taking, capture or killing of such species.

(2) The use of the means of capture and killing listed in Schedule XI(a) is prohibited.

(3) Any form of capture and killing from modes of transport referred to in Schedule XI (b) is prohibited.
