Recovery of silver from waste

(1) The recovery, at any premises, of silver from waste produced with printing or photographic processing if no more than 50,000 litres are dealt with on those premises in any day.

(2) The storage, at those premises, of waste which is to be submitted recovery operation as is mentioned in sub-paragraph (1) above.
