S.L. 549.54 Art. 23Participation in an authorised waste batteries and accumulators collection, treatment and recycling scheme.

The competent authority may exempt a producer from all or part of these regulations provided the producer provides evidence to the competent authority of participating in an authorised waste batteries and accumulators collective organisation.
