S.L. 549.59 Art. 12Method of assuming concentrations below the lower threshold.

(1) The competent authority shall assess the concentrations of group A and group B pollutants by modelling techniques or objective estimation techniques, in those zones and agglomerations were the concentration of these pollutants is below the lower assessment threshold.

(2) In order to determine whether the concentrations of group B pollutants in the respective zones and agglomerations are below the concentration in sub-regulation (1), the competent authority shall use the method in Section B of Schedule 2.
