(1) Concentrations of PM in ambient air shall not 2.5

exceed the target value prescribed by Part IV of Section A of

Schedule 7, by the date specified therein.

(2) Concentrations of PM in ambient air shall not exceed the 2.5 limit value prescribed by Part V of Section A of Schedule 7 throughout the zone and the agglomeration, by the date specified therein. Compliance with this requirement shall be assessed as prescribed by Schedule 3.

(3) The margins of tolerance in Part V of Section A of Schedule 7 shall apply in accordance with regulation 32(1).
