S.L. 549.59 Art. 30Air Quality Plan sub-committee.

(1) An Air Quality Plan sub-committee is hereby being appointed with an aim of being consulted by the competent authority prior to the issuing of the Action Plans under regulation 33(1).

(2) The composition of the sub-committee shall consist of:

(a) the Director of Environmental Health or his representative;

(b) the Director of Environment Protection (Environment and Resources Authority) or his representative;

(c) the Director of Planning (Planning Authority) or his representative;

(d) the Chief Executive Officer of the Transport Authority or his representative;

(e) the representative of the Malta Chamber of Commerce, Enterprise and Industry;

(f) the representative of the Malta Chamber of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs);

(g) the representative of the Local Councils Association;

(h) a representative of the Environmental NGOs;

(i) a representative of the Public Health NGOs.
