S.L. 549.59 Art. 35Consistency of plans.

Any action plan issued under regulation 33(1), shall be consistent with any plans required under the -

(a) Large Combustion Plants Regulations;

(b) Limitation of Emissions of Certain Atmospheric

Pollutants Regulations; and

(c) Assessment and Management of Environment Noise

Regulations, in order to achieve the relevant environmental objectives.
