S.L. 549.59 Art. 38Ozone exceedances.

In case of exceedances of the alert thresholds for ozone as prescribed by Schedule 8, action plans in regulation 33(1) will only be required if following an assessment carried out by the competent authority, it results that taking the national, geographical, meteorological and economic consideration into account the action plan will result in a reduction of the risk, duration or severity of such an exceedance.
