S.L. 549.59 Art. 5Maltatobedivided into zones and agglomerations.

(1) The competent authority shall, for the purposes of these regulations, divide Malta into zones and agglomerations.

(2) The competent authority shall assess and manage air quality throughout all the zones and agglomerations.

(3) The competent authority may establish different zones for different pollutants where this is considered appropriate.
