S.L. 549.59 Art. 9Competent authority to assess ambient air quality.

The competent authority shall assess ambient air quality with respect to group A and group B pollutants and ozone in all the zones and agglomerations in accordance with the criteria laid down in Schedule 3 and in accordance with the criteria in regulations 10, 11 and 12.
