S.L. 549.60 Art. 16BMeasures to avoid cross-border contamination.

The competent authority in collaboration with other relevant authorities, may take appropriate measures in border areas which aim at avoiding possible cross-border contamination into neighbouring Member States in which the cultivation of those GMOs is prohibited, as appropriate. Such measures shall be communicated to the Commission.
