S.L. 549.63 Art. 15Fees.

(1) The competent authority may introduce processing fees to cover the expenses incurred in assessing and processing of applications, and in the issue of permits in conformity with regulations.

(2) The competent authority may request a bank guarantee to ensure compliance with the conditions laid down in a permit.
