S.L. 549.66 Art. 13ATraining of fertiliser users.

(1) Any person who wishes to make use of organic or inorganic fertilisers may be required by the Department to attend a training course on land application of fertiliser.

(2) The Department shall keep a register of persons and respective agricultural land and/or holdings making use of fertilisers and shall only permit the use of fertilisers to such registered users.
